Rehabbed REO homes sell faster

Field Asset Services, a firm that specializes in servicing foreclosed homes, reports that bank owned residential properties take an average of 222 days to sell.  However, homes that have been rehabilitated to move in condition sell up to 5 months earlier, or roughly 69 days on the market.  Our REO financing programs include a rehabilitation loan component that finances up to 100% of the rehab costs.  It's possible to get a loan of up to 65% of the after rehabbed value of the home.
